PE ELECTRICAL ENGINEER

graduated from the University of Utah with an Electrical Engineering degree and has 8 years of experience working as an engineering project manager overseeing his own design team.  With over 10 years of work experience as a licensed electrician, he is well versed in electrical code and has achieved a strong understanding of practical electrical design.  His role during the majority of his electrical career as a jobsite supervisor and foreman has trained him to be a leader who is dedicated to quality in his work and punctuality in meeting strict deadlines.  He works diligently with the client to understand and provide the best products for their needs.   His focus is to find the most cost-effective ways to provide energy efficient and modern electrical designs.

OPERATION MANAGER / DESIGNER

graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Business Finance from Brigham Young University, ID, and worked for an investment bank as an operations manager for 10+ years.  While working as an operations manager her main career focus was on quality control and process improvement.  She recently completed a masters degree in Sustainability from Harvard University with a focus on Corporate Responsibility/Sustainability.  She brings this focus to Elemental Electrical Engineers by sharing its values of giving back, putting clients first, following ethical engineering practices, and creating energy efficient/sustainable electrical designs.  Her lighting designs utilize modern technology and combine sustainable solutions with practical needs to provide the best products for the client.

POWER DESIGNER

began his career with a desire to understand the workings behind each aspect of design. He is strongly motivated to put in the time to research new technologies and find proficient ways to overcome each obstacle both in and out of the office. With 4 years of design experience, he is well versed in basic electrical design and strives to expand his understanding and experience by taking on new projects that push the boundaries of his understanding. He is a mountain bike enthusiast and continues to race all over the country to sate his need for speed.

LIGHTING DESIGNER

believes lighting to be the premier design element used to define and transform a space. With a background of 7+ years of interior design, she combines technical lighting schematics into a wholistic design with both functionality and aesthetics. Melissa also specializes in creating 3D photorealistic architectural renderings. This skill is extremely helpful for clients to visualize a space conceptually, thereby reducing project time and alterations.  She takes great personal satisfaction in a well-executed and timely completed project. As a Utah native, she enjoys all things outdoors, and finds great inspiration through nature. In her free time, you can find her up at the ski resorts, kayaking and off-roading with her family.
